Audrey sighed, knowing he was right about the alcohol, but she could still dream. She’d already noticed most of the counselors weren’t that into their job, making her hope it wouldn’t be too difficult to have a good time. “All the employees care about is getting paid.” She admitted, thinking it would be like that horror movie, the one where the kid drowned why the counselors fooled around.
Darius wasn’t sure why, but her tapping her finger against her cheek was slightly annoying. He knew she was only pretending to think about it, either planning to say yes or drag him along till she said no. At first that’s what it sounded like to him, that she wasn’t actually interested in that, till she one upped him and suggested another place. He smirked, “I’m interested in seeing this good view.” Though he had another view in mind.

Tyson nodded, "that seems to be it, getting paid for the bare minimum." He agreed, "I'm, uh, Tyson by the way." He held out a hand to her, feeling a little bit awkward and at a loss of what else to talk about or do.
"I'm sure you are," Tahlia laughed a little as she started to head up the trail, glancing back at Darius from over her shoulder. He could follow if he really wanted to make out and if he didn't, well, at least there'd be a nice view and a place that could serve as a potential hide away in the future.

Audrey watched Tahlia walk away with the other guy, feeling like she got way too lucky, but turned back to Tyson, shaking his hand, “Audrey. Very nice to meet you.” She smiled, not caring if Tyson wasn’t the type to immediately want to make out, the one good thing about her, was how patient she was, and how determined she could be. She’d have fun with Tyson, doing whatever, and maybe eventually they would. “Soooo, seems we both lost our scavenger partners,” She looked over her shoulder as the other two strode off. “Guess that means game over. Want to go berry picking?” She teased, though had no plans to actually go, even if he said yes.
Darius turned and looked towards Tyson, watching him be all cordial with the other chick, before he followed after Tahlia.

At her smile Tyson felt a little bit of him freeze with hesitation, "uh, yeah, nice to meet you too." He smiled a little bit, trying to will himself to relax but his body didn't seem to want to listen. He looked at the retreating backs of Darius and the blond, refraining from rolling his eyes, "apparently, but I can't say I'm surprised about that." His eyebrows raised when she mentioned berry picking again, smiling a little more, "as fun as that would be, I think I'd pass, there'd have to be something more interesting than that to do."
Tahlia glanced back at Audrey, hoping she'd be successful too before she and Darius disappeared up the trail, luckily they didn't have to go to far up before a patch near by opened up, a rock jutting out with a perfect view of the lake that wasn't obscured by trees. She walked a bit close to the edge, looking out at everything. Even if this place was a drag it was at least pretty.

“Well, there’s lots of things we could do that’s a lot more fun than berry picking,” Audrey smirked, mischief in her eyes as she started walking along the lake, figuring if he wanted to not be alone, he’d follow. “There’s always going on a hike, maybe seeing if we can sneak snacks out of the cafeteria, making out back at the cabins, or sneaking off this camp and into town.” She raised an eyebrow at him, wondering just how far he’d go for fun, she felt like she covered the basics of something normal and something you could get in trouble for.
Darius followed the girl down the path, taking note of where it was in case, he found another chick who’d want to get dirty with him. He nodded his approval at the place, though deciding he’d bring a blanket to cover the ground. He stopped next to Tahlia, snaking a hand around her waist, and pulling her against him. “I have to say, the view is even better than I was promised.” He chuckled, though he wasn’t looking at the view of the lake, he was looking at Tahlia. He definitely didn’t mind the lake as a view either.

Tyson nodded slowly but followed after her towards the lake, glancing out at the water. The second she mentioned making out his foot caught on a rock, sending him forward, "aw shit!" without thinking he grabbed onto the nearest thing-Audrey-to try to steady himself but that turned into mistake quickly when he couldn't seem to catch his footing on a few more slick rocks, the two of them falling onto the muddied part of the lakes shore.
The feel of his arm around her waist sent a shiver up Tahlia's spine, a shiver that she couldn't tell was good or bad but still she turned to face him, raising an eyebrow with a smirk tugging at her lips, "wow, that was smooth." She teased as her hands rested on his arms.

Audrey didn’t expect to be in the lake till she was ready to swim if that. She was more than likely to tan on the sandy beach the camp had near the main area. She did not expect to be falling into the water, caused by Tyson. She gasped, taking in a deep breath of air when she surfaced. “Wow… You are clumsy.” she pointed out, chuckling a little, finding it less boring now, even if she was soaking wet.
Darius returned her smirk with one of his own before leaning down and brushing his lips against hers. He liked to set the mood, liked to take his time, he just needed a girl who appreciated that and not want a relationship. “Don’t worry, you wont fall in love.” He teased before placing his lips on hers.

Tyson quickly pushed himself out of the water, coughing as he felt his face get redder, "I'm sorry, I-I'm usually not." He said quickly as he tried to get up, slipping a little but this time managed to stand and hold out a hand to her, "I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to get us soaked." He said, ready for her to yell at him for being such an idiot or for ruining her clothes once whatever humor of the situation wore off.
Another shiver raced through her when his lips brushed against hers and she found herself leaning into him a little, "Oh, I'm not worried about that." She murmured softly before leaning in and slowly kissing him back.

Audrey wiped the water from her face, grateful for wearing waterproof makeup, though had done it mostly in case she was super sweaty, not falling in the lake. “Don’t worry about it, cooled me off.” she joked, taking his hand, and letting him pull her to a standing position.
Darius hoped she was telling the truth, not wanting to spoil this if she were to start having feelings. He was hoping to have a ton of summer flings to distract him. Camp was pretty much the time that his father didn’t care what he did with his time, even if he spent most of it making out. He wrapped his other arm around her waist, pressing her against him as he deepened the kiss.

Tyson smiled a little, glad she wasn't pissed off at him but his eyes narrowed a little when he saw something. "Hold on." He reached out towards her and pulled off a long piece of lake weed off of her head, chuckling softly and tossed it to the side. "I didn't think you'd want to walk around with something like that stuck on you."
Tahlia wasn't sure what she wanted, but finding something serious definitely wasn't something she had in mind. She liked having fun and doing whatever she wanted without having to be tied to someone else and their wants. Her hands trailed up and she wrapped her arms around his neck as she kissed him.

Audrey watched with furrowed eyes as he plucked something slimy from her head. She grimaced, almost wanting to puke at the sight, and the smell of whatever he had just removed from her head. “Ew, disgusting.” She wasn’t sure she wanted to swim in this late after all.
(Should we stop these two? Fade to black? Return to the other two?)

"It's just some weeds, it's nothing awful," Tyson told her as he wiped his hand off on his pants. "And it's harmless, just a plant." He added, not really seeing the big deal as he stood there, pausing for a second as he wondered if this would be the moment where he should try to be charming, if that was possible. "Uhm, if it helps at all you still look cute." He added with a little shrug.

Even if it were just weeds, it felt disgusting to Audrey. She shivered, crossing her arms over her chest as she made her way back to shore, wondering which side was better to stand on to avoid Tyson pulling her into the water should he trip again. She smiled when he complimented her, noticing he seemed to feel slightly awkward as if he wasn’t used to acting like prince charming. “I must say the same about you.” She smirked, not having any problems with hitting on a guy she thought was hot.

Tyson frowned a little when she shivered, wishing he had something to help her out but with only the wet shirt on his back he was afraid he wouldn't be much help. His mouth fell open a little when she basically said he was cute, his face reddening a bit. "Oh, uh, thanks." He rubbed the back of his neck, wishing he could drum up some confidence but all of this was a whole new ball game that he didn't know how to approach. "Uh, if you're cold we should probably head back so you can at least change or something."

Audrey couldn’t stop her lips from curling higher when he seemed embarrassed that she’d called him cute, as if he didn’t get that often. She didn’t understand how girls didn’t just say what they were feeling, he was hot, that’s how she felt. She blinked a few times when he said if she was getting cold they should head back, “I’m not cold,” she frowned, wondering if he was trying to get rid of her, at least he was being nice about it. “What I don’t like is the thought of being touched by that weed or whatever it was again.” She shivered once more at the image in her head, stepping further away from the lake, feeling the sturdy ground underneath her.

Tyson frowned a little, apparently he had misread her shiver. “Well that would mean not swimming…or at least staying away from parts of the lake.” He said, stepping out of her way but joined her on solid ground. “If it helps I don’t see anymore on you.” He added with a little smile.

“I’m perfectly fine not swimming in… That.” Audrey eyed the lake from the side once more, deciding whatever was living in there, could stay there. She smirked, “do you tell people they have something between their teeth too?” She asked, wondering if he was always this nice to people, and had a feeling he was. She admired that, wondering how nice she came across, though there were times she just used people and moved on.

Tyson laughed a little, "your loss when it's really hot then." He shrugged, he didn't care much about the weeds, sure the feeling was gross but he just pushed past it. "Oh," he smiled sheepishly, "well yeah, that would just be rude and then they'd be embarrassed or mad that someone didn't tell them."

“I think I’ll be fine tanning on the so-called beach,” Audrey already had several bikinis ready for such an occasion and couldn’t wait to try out the new one she got. She laughed when he said it was rude not to say anything. “What if it’s someone you don’t like? Or do you not hate anyone?” She asked, feeling comfortable around him, deciding even if he didn’t want to make out with her, he was a pretty good guy to have around. She wouldn’t mind making him a friend.

Tyson raised an eyebrow, amusement glinting in his eyes, "and that's supposed to be fun?" He asked, looking back at the lake then back at Audrey. "Oh, I hate people and if it was someone like that well," he shrugged, "maybe my contacts weren't too good that day and I missed it." He said with a wink.

Audrey shrugged her shoulders, “I take a nap, play on my phone, talk with friends.” She found tanning fun for the little details like that. It was when she got the best gossip at her last school when most of the girls skipped specific classes and sunbathed on the roof instead. She raised an eyebrow when he admitted he hated people, which she felt you wouldn’t be human if you didn’t. She laughed when he said he might have missed something to someone he didn’t like. “Alright, I like you. You’re funny.” She laughed again, knowing she was definitely going to keep him as a friend.

Tyson nodded slowly, if he tried to nap he would probably end up with a wicked sunburn that would leave him pissed off for days. Her laughter caught him for a second and he was left staring at her when she said he was funny, his brow furrowing, "I am? Huh, my brother would say the opposite." He shrugged but smiled a little, "he says he's the ray of sunshine and I'm the cloud that makes everything depressing."

“Well, sounds like your brother is missing out,” Audrey instantly wondered if his brother was older or younger, but felt a little weird about asking that immediately. She raised an eyebrow when he mentioned how he was the cloud. “Well, guess I got the sunshine version of you.” She wondered though, if he was just being nice right now, but she didn’t think people changed that easily.

"Eh, my brother's a knuckle head and thinks he's adorable because he's the baby." Tyson rolled his eyes but that's how it always had been, which he didn't mind. He took up the mantle of caring for the family while Erik got to run about and actually be a kid. He raised an eyebrow at Audrey, "you think I'm being sun shiney today? Wow, guess I'm really laying on the charm." he joked.

“Awww. He sounds adorable,” Audrey teased, though was glad he solved the mystery for her about whether she should be on the lookout for a hot older brother. “Are you actually mean? You don’t seem like it.” She was sure he was just acting like he was actually a mean person, because if he was, he wouldn’t have helped her up from the lake, taken the weed out of her hair, or even be walking next to her. Granted, he could just be polite, but Audrey wasn’t buying it.

"You say that but he's also pretty obnoxious." Tyson chuckled as he thought of his little brother, wondering what kind of shenanigans he was getting into at this camp but he had promised that with it being summer he'd cut him some slack. "I don't know if I'm mean," he shrugged, "I'm just serious and have priorities." He explained, knowing that made him sound like a stick in the mud which, with how often his brother called him that he knew it was true. He was sure that the more Audrey got to know him she'd figure out he was lame and would ditch him like most girls did who came onto him because of how he looked but once they got to know him-if they did at all-they were gone pretty quick.

“What little sibling isn’t obnoxious.” Audrey pointed out, feeling like Victoria could get under her skin by being annoying, though she felt like it was the opposite for the two of them. She annoyed Victoria for sure, not acting properly, drinking, smoking, and just enjoying life instead of constantly worrying about appearances. She slowly nodded his head when he explained he wasn’t technically mean, “But you can be mean if you can’t finish these priorities.” She stated instead of asked, because it was the only thing that made sense.

"Good point." Tyson chuckled a little, seemed like it came with the territory, just like how being the older sibling meant that you had to be responsible...in most cases. "Uh, yeah," he nodded, feeling like she hit the nail on the head, "I need to keep my grades up and do the sports I promised I was going to." He replied, it was stressful but it was what he had to do.

Audrey made a face at being told he had to keep up grades and play certain sports. “For what reason?” She asked, though guessing it was the same reason Victoria didn’t act like her. She could already see how their dad convinced her she needed to have straight As and come across as a good citizen. That used to work on her, but she learned long before high school that she didn’t need validation from others. “I say have fun, do what you want to. Unless that is to get straight As.” She laughed, knowing there were some people that did enjoy that, but it seemed like too much work.

"Scholarships," Tyson replied easily, not caring if people knew the only reason he was around was because he was on scholarship and not because he came from some kind of rich family. He had gotten some teasing about it in the beginning but after a few quick words and showing his skill on the sports team it got most of the guys to shut up. He rubbed the back of his neck when she mentioned straight A's, glancing away, "why not get straight A's when you know you can get them?"
