But, I think I'm pretty with these old boots on

You try and change me, you can go to hell
'Cause I don't want to be nobody else
I like the chip I got in my front teeth

And I got bad tattoos you won't believe
So kick out the jams, kick up the soul
Pour another glass of that rock and roll
Moody- She's always been the quiet sister that lingered in the shadows by choice and doesn't often show a smile. She doesn't mess with bullshit and thinks that the world is full of phonies. She'd rather stick to herself or the people she knows and brushes off most acts of kindness with her rough outer shell.
Impulsive- Being young and having a home life that isn't all that stable Stormy often acts out without thinking twice. She wants to do whatever she wants and will say whatever she wants, often landing her in some trouble that she usually shrugs off.
Sensitive- Of course underneath that rough exterior is a sensitive soul. Stormy use to wear her heart on her sleeve as a child but after everything happened with her parents she's learned it's easier to keep everything deep down so you can't get hurt as easily. She can be kind and considerate but that doesn't mean she'll voice those feelings, unless she's feeling trusting.
Observant- Her being quiet means that sometimes people forget that she's there, leaving her to see their true sides, but that also doesn't discount that she often people watches for fun...and overthinks things. She'll notice if people tones change or the way they treat others but that didn't save her from the pain of her parents divorce and all the interactions leading up to it that made her feel that something wasn't right.
Turn up the band, fire in the hole
Gonna lose control tonight
What do you want from me? I'm not America's sweetheart

So beat the drum with me, I'm not America's sweetheart
Well, they say I'm too loud for this town
So I lit a match and burned it down
Growing up Stormy wasn't much like her name. She was sweet and giggling, always on her moms hip or trying to join her dad with working. A smile was usually on her face and she loved following her big sister around-even if she ended up annoying Reign. The first few years of her life were great but as she got older she started to realize that things weren't as great as their parents were able to make everyone believe. She saw her mom rolling her eyes, heard her dads muttering, and she saw when their acts of affection became less and less. She had wanted to talk to her sister about it but Reign was so smitten with their parents high school sweetheart love story that she couldn't bring herself to crush it all for her. Unable to handle it or wanting to deal with it Stormy started to seclude herself from her family, mumbling answers to their questions and doing her most to start avoiding them, her actions being blamed on being an 'angsty teen'. She dropped most of her hobbies, exchanging them for new ones, even the hobby that she had loved doing most with her mom: singing. She knew that Sunny had the dream of becoming a famous singer and though her mom never pressured her, Stormy had wanted to become a singer herself, to make her mom proud but also because she really loved to sing but after the divorce...it was like whatever made her happy before just made her miserable or angry.
After Reign went to college and their parents divorced Stormy had her time split up, spending one week with her dad and the next with her mom, flopping back and forth like a fish. Some of her friends tried to cheer her up by saying that now she got to have two Christmas's, two birthdays, etc but all she could think about as how much her life was a lie and how neither place felt like home. The farm house she'd grown up in felt emptier than ever and the single wide trailer her mom lived in just made her sad. The trailer was the one her mom had grown up in, the place where Sunny's mom had left her and dad had wasted away from alcoholism, up until now her parents had been renting it out for extra income and it felt nothing like a home. It was just a shitty time capsule she was stuck in.
Now with her sister back Stormy isn't sure what to think. She isn't even sure if it matters anymore.
